My Encyclopedia of Very Important Things Collection: 3-Book Box Set for Kids Ages 5-9, Including General Knowledge, Animals, and Dinosaurs

I bought these for my grandson-to-be😉. This child will be well read before he enters school. These are enjoyable for older folks as well. Good quality hard cover books.

Bought these for my son and one for my grandson. They both LOVE them. They are very informative on a child’s level, with lots of pictures.

This is a nice 3 book set in an open sided box. One of the books is on dinosaurs, one on animals (that aren't dinosaurs) and one is a mix of other things. They have nice, cushy hardbacks and a large threaded binding which makes it easy to open the books and keep the pages open while reading. There are colorful pictures throughout and the information is easy to digest. It's definitely not like a standard encyclopedia with just tons of text on each page. Each book has a built in ribbon bookmark, which is nice if you're using them for a research project and want to find your spot easily. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one page was oddly separated in half; I'm not really sure how that happens but it was really disappointing considering how nice they are otherwise.

I am in love with these books. There is so much information packed into these books and my daughter enjoys learning from them. I find them great for ages 5-9 years old as listed in the item description. The illustrations are fun and im so happy we have these books in our collection.

DK makes such great kids non-fiction books! This is a beautiful, high quality boxed set. The 4 year old loves looking through them and picking sections for us to read him, and I think he'll like them even more as he gets older and his attention span gets longer. Great to bring in for use with my students at school, too!
