it'll be almost perfect if (1) its leash can be removed and (2) it has a separate controller that's not attached to the leash and (3) has the option to remain in barking or singing or walking or talking mode

Cute toy
My daughter loves this toy. It has a good selection of songs so you aren't listening to the same ones over and over. My only complaint is the volume. It is so loud. If there was a way to turn it down I would give it 5 stars.

The cord for the leash control is short. It is extremely loud for such a small dog. It is soft and does get the kids excited.

Cheaply made and not as described
I was shocked when I opened the box. Tacky and cheap! It was crammed in a small box and poorly packaged. The item looked like it came from a resell or seconds store. Too embarrassing to give as a Christmas gift. The video shown with the item made it look like a precious, well made, adorable antimated dog. It was not! I returned it. Don't waste your money.
