Product instructions give terrible sketchy websites to download the program from (which are in .RAR form in which if you don’t know how to uncompress or ever herd of it just stop and don’t waist your time) second it gives several download website that either aren’t active or don’t have file anymore or have file that contains malware in it. You can download the program from 1 of the few YouTube videos in which no one tells you how to download just a link to a google drive folder with a huge file that seems sketchy at best and they still can’t fully assign everything. Definitely not worth the wasted time and effort trying to get it to work

There were no documents included with the board. The software must be requested from seller. Windows flags the software as a trojan. I ran it in a virtual machine and it works, but I can't really use it because I can't trust it. It is plug and play and has on-board memory.

Feels nice to use but the software link no longer works and the product is useless without that. I contacted Amazon support about it via chat and she sent me a link to download it that flagged as a trojan virus on my computer.

Reviews are mixed, but this Mini keyboard works fine using software in the link in the pdf from the "Product guide and documents" section of the description. The files will only download on Windows 11 if you tell Windows to ignore the security warnings and 'download anyway'. No installation is required. Just download all the files (exe, DLL, etc.) into a folder and run the mini keyboard exe file. Software is straightforward. This was easier than I expected, given the amount of trouble people have reported in other reviews.

Manca nella confezione sia manuale di istruzioni che, soprattutto, software. In pratica collegandolo al pc/notebook tutti i tasti cliccati risultano sempre e solo corrispondenti alla lettera "C" della tastiera normale.

Ansich funktioniert der Artikel bestimmt, leider kam er bei mir ohne Anleitung und Software an. Verkäufer ist sehr nett und bemüht, aber auch nach Tagen ist der Artikel ohne Software nutzlos. Darüber hinaus fehlt eine Rutschfeste Schicht oder Gummifüße. Die Tastatur ist auf meinem Schreibtisch hin und her gewandert. Ich bin gelernter Elektroniker. Der Artikel sieht aus wie ein Abschlussprojekt aus dem 3 Lehrjahr. Ist nicht schlecht verarbeitet, aber die verwendeten Materialien finde ich in jeder Elektrowerkstatt und er macht keinen hochwertigen Eindruck (zumindest keinen der 50€ Wert wäre). Ich finde den Preis um ein vielfaches zu hoch. 20-25€ wäre der Artikel mir maximum Wert, wenn er dann auch mit einer Software und Gummifüßen kommen würde.

The keypad is great for what keypads are treat for - setting macros, shortcuts and the like and then using them on a regular basis. I didn't bother looking for the "official" software, just looked up the board's ID and found a guy on GitHub who's already got a pretty useful tool for setting all the things mentioned above. The board itself is just that - a board with 12 keys and 2 knobs, the switches it came with are pretty okay, the keycaps flew out constantly, but, you know what? It's a hotswappable board, so I just replaced the switches with the ones I liked most and picked the keycaps I already had just lying around. For its price it's a very nice board, switches, keycaps and knobs are just a nice topping, the nonexistent software is a non-issue, as mentioned above.
