I like the beach and don't live near one, so I take beach vacations anytime I can afford to. The problem is always the beach towel. I don't really want to bring one with me--I travel carry on only all the time--but I often need them. for awhile, I just bought them when I got where I was going and left them behind, but that seemed kind of wasteful. Plus I couldn't always find them easily.Then I tried the turkish towel type for travel. Ok, I ended up with some absolutely beautiful "towels" incluind one that is so nice it decorates the back of my sofa. They are nice and absorbent, and do work, but....even though they are lighter than a terrycloth cotton towel, they are still heavier than I want. I have some small microfiber bath towels that are great, absorbent and lightweight, and worked ok on a trip to Belize, but it is bath size, not beach sized.So on my last trip to Mexico, I took this. OMG y'all, I know it is ridiculous to be this excited about a towel, but seriously, I love it. It folds down small (it comes in a pretty small package). It's lightweight. It's super absorbent. It's big enough to lay on. Sand does come off it easily (but only when it's dry). I got the tie dye/blue palm towel and really like the pattern. I also didn't mind carrying it when it was damp because it was nice and cooling. and it served me well on a scuba diving trip when my pack got very wet--all the water was absorbed by my towel!It's not as soft as some of the options above, but it performs better and is lighter, so I'm willing to go with that. And I draped it over my shoulders when it was drying and found it perfectly comfortable, and also quite comfortable to lay on.One caution--I live in a very arid climate normally, and I left it outside here one night and the poor thing got kind of dry and crispy feeling, but I got it damp again and it's fine. Note to self--store in a ziplock type bag. (I was never able to get it back into the original zipped bag in came in though!)

This towel is great. Dries quickly and is soft. It is an average sized beach towel. I will be shopping for a larger one as I really like this

We have a neighborhood pool. Every 45 minutes they call adult swim. Towel is dry within the 45 minutes.Packs up light for other items in the bag.

Folds up so small, and I need that when packing for the beach since we have to bring a million things for the kids. They dry super fast and sand doesn’t stick. My mother was not a fan of the feeling of it, silky type stuff gives her the chills… but after a wash she found it tolerable. I absolutely loved it, and they are large!

I bought these towel for all my grandkids for xmas. They all said great for no sand and they wrap up small for carrying in bag.

Excelent product, it is much better than a towel, lighter and dry fater, it doesnt keep smells of humedity, i am happy to discover this microfire towel, my idea was test like a every day towel and it works ;)

So much better than resort towels, super light in my beach bag and took I on the plane for a light wrap in the event I was chilly. Gorgeous vibrant colour and nice quality. I’ll be buying more
