finally free!
I have to admit, i was a bit tentative about buying this product, given some of the negative reviews, but it works excellently on my bike and has freed me from the curse of having to carry a bag around my shoulders which keeps swinging around whilst i ride. Life is so much easier #firstworldproblems.my handle bars are at right angles to whatever that other thing is called, so the product works for me, but i did notice that there was a horrible rattle from what is a bit of a rubbish lock. the two fish lockblocks though allow me to secure my u-lock - unlocked - so theres no rattle of the 'u' in the main body of the lock.the only reason i dropped a star was because this is quite honestly very overpriced for the very simple bit of kit that it is. that said it does work very well. very pleased.

Works ok, but may require some ingenuity to adapt to your needs.
This is a basic, straightforward kit. It works ok, but it's really designed for one specific set-up; a U-lock stored on the handlebars. If you want to use it to store the lock elsewhere on the bike, you may have to modify the kit. That modification will likely involve cutting and reshaping one or more of the blocks, as they have no adjustment built in. if you're prepared to do that then the kit can be adapted to hold the lock as required.

Smartest way to carry a D-lock
It is the best bicycle part according to my 18 years experience. None of the original d locker on bicycle frame didn't last long. They still in good condition after 6 years. I think the best place to carry a d-lock with this u-lock mount. If they can better catching mechanism than the current one, it would last long for a life time.

Three Lockblocks
You can use these in a variety of places on the bike. The handlebars is not an option on mine due to two lights and a computer taking up any spare space on the relatively narrow drop bars. Having a Moulton Spaceframe there aren't many places that they can go otherwise, so I shall gift these to someone with a more traditional frame or use these as extra torch holders for the handlebars and the rear rack.

This product offers a way to carry a D-lock. ...
This product offers a way to carry a D-lock. First impression is that it didn't hold the lock firmly enough even though I pulled the straps as tight as possible - it slipped backwards and the lock cross bar dropped behind the fork pillar. I've put nylon ties on the lock arms to stop this happening - remains to be seen if this works. Apart from this my only other comment is that it's very expensive for what it is. For these reasons it only gets 3 stars.

Useful lock placement device
Quite useful. My sons likes it as it allows him to center the lock on his bike (so he can be better balanced riding hands free). Holds on well to the lock. One quibble is the back holder (for the main part of the lock) is too narrow for my son's set up. We had to get an extra long velcro strap to secure it. But that is a minor quibble,

The most uses item ever. Its poor design and its a waste of money..
The firing is not design to work on the frame not to speak that the straps are either long or short....Do not by

works, just not for me.
in the picture it looks great, unfortunately my handlebars (which i didn't bother going out to the garage to compare dimensions) don't have a flat stem, so when i put the mounts on my bars and mounted the d-lock it stuck up in the air - not great. going to have a mess about and see where else i can use them - or just put them in a drawer somewhere!
