Superhero Adult Knee High Cape Sock

Bought/gave as a gift to a woman who works many hours, both paid and unpaid. Because of the gifts of her talents, interests, she so generously gives to her community, these socks were a great gift! They were packaged nicely, and received on time. Would definitely buy again and/or recommend.

Purchased these for a themed run. Great fit, but for muscular calves, not much stretch or knee height given. Had to stretch upon wearing to sit mid-calf. But great design and style, also!

Everyone needs a little personal self-indulgence, and one of mine is collecting fun knee socks. Why be boring?I bought myself these socks because, gosh, how could I NOT want to be Wonder Woman? I figured that even if the only part that showed to the outside world was the stars peeking out from my jeans, it'd still look cool.As a costume item, these are fine. But as knee socks, they're... okay. First, like some "novelty" socks, they are designed for looks more than comfort; the top is a little tight around the calf. But the Wonder Woman cape, on the top of the sock, that makes these look so neat-o in the picture, also becomes a problem when you want to wear these as, well, everyday socks. Unless you're going to wear them with shorts (or the matching Wonder Woman costume), the cape adds a bit of bulk under your pants. It's not an awful problem (this should be the biggest thing I have to worry about!) but I may end of whacking off the cape to make the socks suitable for everyday use.

I got so many compliments on these socks as a part of my costume for a mud run. I was sure that they'd be trashed (literally) after the run, but after I completed and hosed off, I realized they still seemed to be in decent shape. So, I took them home and washed them - and they look as good as new! Even the little capes on the back of the socks are completely intact - and that's after army crawling through countless mud pits, climbing obstacles, climbing in and out of huge dumpsters filled with mud, rocks and twigs, going through a foam pit and more dirt....they were seriously disgusting.As for the socks outside of the mud run - they're thick, come up right below my knees (I'm 5'7" and average build) and didn't ride down at ALL through all of that running and all of those obstacles. There is shiny gold detailing - they're even better looking in person than in the picture, and for less than $8, it would have been okay if I never wore them again!

I love these and they were an amazing addition to my Wonder Woman costume for Halloween! BUT They are not made for folks with strong calves...lol. They look overstretched around my calves; leading to the logo being overstretched and the cape looking TINY. They did fit my normal calved gf just fine though.The make is great, they are adorable but they are less comfy for the thicker ones.

I bought these socks as a gift for my 60 year old friend who teaches online aerobics classes. She is like “Super Woman”. She absolutely loved them and ended up finding a matching Super Woman headband to wear during her classes. They are fun and cute and I recommend them.

They’re very cute but a little thin not much stretch for an adult calve. But too cute not to own. Not sure how many washes the cap can withstand though

Fun to wear. I find that the socks are tight around my calves but I know others who don’t have this problem.
