My favorite supplement
I have to have this on hand for nights I have trouble sleeping! The calming effects are fast and noticable. Doesn't upset my stomach or leave me groggy.

Tastes awful and doesn't dissolve well
Undrinkable in water. Will try mixing in juice to disguise the taste. No lemon flavor at all! Just tastes like dirt and doesn't mix very well. There is a lot of sediment at the bottom.

Fizzy stress buster
