Great for cold
I add few drops in a cup of boiling water, cover my head with a towel and inhale the steam. It helps to reduce sore chest and unclogs nostrils.

Effective for colds
Only effective pastilles for clearing nose and chest. They used to be available in chemists and supermarkets but are hard to find now. Just wish they didn’t have so much sugar on them.

Only item i've found that soothed my cough and sore throat
I have a sore throat and a tickle in my throat, While I suck these horrible tasting pastilles they seem to suppress my cough and numb my throat but only until the one in my mouth has dissolved then it's back to fits of coughing again. I give this 4 Stars because it's the only product that has given me well needed peace from all this continued fits of coughing.+ They are the only item I've ever found that soothed my symptoms- horrible taste, prefer the blackcurrant ones but they are hard to find
