I was mainly looking for hand grip strengtheners, and I decided to buy this set because of the price and everything it included. I have been using the grip strengtheners for at least a year, and they are very well built. They have no defects, and they still work perfectly. I keep one at home and one at the office. At the office, I use it while reading legal documents; it helps me stay focused and not lose my mind during long work sessions. At home, I also use it while watching tutorial videos, which makes it practical and entertaining. My forearms feel stronger, more defined, and healthier since I started using them. Overall, this is a very useful and well-made product. Highly recommended.

My thoughts on the four products included: Grip handles - Easy to adjust the resistance on them with no additional tools needed. The counter on the bottom will keep track of your reps, but the counter has two issues: -Resetting the counter to zero can be kind of annoying, you might need to play around with it. -When you go to the higher resistance settings, the handle doesn't always go straight back and a rep may not be counted. It's consistent on lower resistances. Finger grip - No complaints here. The exercise can feel a bit awkward to do at first, but that goes away with repetition. So it works as intended. Grip ball and Grip ring - I use these the most, and alternate between them. Because they're small and require no setup, I take them with me to work in my pocket and use them when I have small downtime at my desk. Same at home. Perfect for anytime I'm just idly sitting down. At time of purchase, I paid $9.99 on sale, and at that price it's more than worth it. While the grip handle isn't perfect, getting two of them adds a ton to the value of these package, even at full price.

Perfect for my purpose. The quality of the kit/bundle for the price paid warrants 5-stars easily. Comfortable grip. Easy to use and adjust resistance. Has a cool little rep counter built into the handles! Effective and comes with a small booklet of instructions and some exercises.

I just receive mine and the hand grip fells more like 50 to 60 lbs not 132 like it shows ! I buy it thinking was 132 lbs hand grip

These are really good. I like how it counts. How many squeezes you've done my? Son started playing football, and these have helped tremendously with his hand strength. I would highly recommend

It takes a minute to figure out the tension adjustment, then it works great. I like the rubber finger band, it exercises muscles that aren't used in the clenching motion.
