Bought this item as I have pain in my ankle from an accident and because I am on my feet all day in my work as a carer. I don’t like taking medication so anything that reduces the need for that is a winner with me. This item is pretty and comfortable to wear and for me is already reducing my pain, I can’t promise it will work for everybody but it’s got to be worth a try.

I wanted this to go round my little dogs neck. She has arthritis. Way too small. However I bought some bracelet elastic and put 2 of them together and it was big enough. So worked for me but very small size for anklets
