Eco-Eggs Coloring Kit: All-Natural Eco Friendly Easter Egg Coloring Kit and Garden with Tray

so it looks as though there was possibly a errant write up for the product description previously, but I got exactly what I ordered. We have been changing over to all naturals and organics here in the past 2 months and this was my first year using all natural egg colors so I wasn't sure what to expect. When it arrived it included the 3 color packets and 2 looked the same to me so I was nervous instantly and I wasn't sure I would get the double dipping for color variations right. All worries to rest once we started. I LOVED the colors and found them to be beautiful and very "natural". Without a doubt this year was my very favorite egg coloring as long as I have been a mom (14yrs). My only wish is that they could add something to create a pink/red color (it can't be done with the purple.) We didn't make any brown eggs, they may have looked reddish if we had tried- I don't know. It seemed weird to dye eggs brown since they can come that way naturally lol. All in all we were very happy with this product, it was easy, safe, and made lovely eggs. we will get it again!

I honestly did not expect much from this product but since I wanted a better child and earth friendly alternative I went with it. First let me say that they packaging is ingenious and adorable. It would make an excellent gift; I didn't buy it as such but will next year. The instructions were adequate though I can't say a younger child would easily be able to navigate them due to the size and location, but a middle schooler could without a problem. The color quality was good and each color made a lot. We had a good bit of color left over so in theory this could last two dippings if done economically. Because of the packaging this product is easy to save for following dippings. I really felt that this product was a good quality and the wax crayon, while not in a standard shape (it's kind of crayon blob/brick) worked REALLY well-that surprised me and overrode any concern of shape/size. Definitely buying again and as a gift.

The dye turned out beautifully. These natural colors just look good together, all of the colors are complimentary to the other colors. I also like having my son use natural dyes from food sources. It is a neat aspect to be able to grow your own grass as well. I will buy this kit again.Edit to add: the price is twice as much at this seller as it is anywhere else this year. It is selling for $12 elsewhere.

I love that these paints are ecological and you can tell during the process. I have to disagree with some other reviews that criticize the process for being too lengthy. I dyed eggs with this kit and with egg/food coloring and it too the same time. The packaging of this kit is beautiful and so natural. The kids got super excited and everyone loved the very natural colors that resulted from this kit. The only problem I had was that the blue color didn't produce blue eggs at all - more like black, no blue shade at all. The but the kids found them to be cool-looking :)

I'm amazed at all of the negative reviews on this product. The description is accurate; three dye packs & an egg holder, packaged in a cardboard half dozen egg carton. Yes, it takes longer than the chemical versions, but 10-15 minutes is worth the organic look the eggs end up with. I did not smell any noxious smell, & loved the colors we were able to create: purple, blue, yellow, orange(ish - the orange is a bit light), brown, yellow, green, amber. My four-year old loved it, & we would definitely buy this kit again. We're also growing grass from the seeds & coconut husk soil pucks, although it won't sprout until after Easter, since we procrastinated planting until the day before. Totally satisfied.

I ordered this at last min nd was so happy it made it here sat before Easter! Fast shipping nd great quality also amazing customer service! My girls nd nieces loved coloring wit this set. Very eco friendly nd easy instructions to follow. I'll be ordering again next yr but sooner than weekend before Easter lol.. I highly recommend this exspecially u hate those other kits dye leaking onto inner egg nd ur kids eating that at least this way it's fruit nd veggie dye! Also didn't take as long as they say for colors. This kit is super cute nd girls lived picking out their favorite colored egg nd putting into this cute carton.

Great kit! My toddler had a blast dying eggs this year. A few notes - the "eco-crayon" is for drawing designs on the eggs prior to dying. I didn't figure this out until after we dyed. Also, the kit comes with 3 packets of powdered dye. Initially I thought they left some out of the kit. Follow the recipes provided and your eggs will come out great. The colors are beautiful. I liked that they looked more organic in hue than unnatural store-bought food dyes.

Definitely not what I was expecting. I guess I didn’t read the full description. I had searched for “vegan Easter eggs” and thought I’d found the answer to our vegan woes of Easter participation. However, I had made it up in my head that these came with some alternative to eggs for my vegan child to dye. Pure disappointment for sure.I also would have loved a better description on the color packets. They looked to all make the same “color”. How was I supposed to get blue from mauve, mauve and light mauve?

Great colouring kit. I use it with m son and we really happy, lots of fun too.Nice that the colour safe for children.
