Exactly as describes the only downside is I don’t think it gets a hot as my previous hive wax pot even when I’m the same temperature position which is a shame so takes a bit longer to warm up and makes a strange noise while it warms up.

I’m so made up with this wax pot. It came from the warehouse where items are sometimes slightly damaged but it’s perfect! Box was slightly sellotaped up. Absolute bargain! :)

Really pleased with the Hive wax pot. It's solid & easy to transport. The wax melts (from solid) within around 20mins. There is a stand which makes the pot sturdy & I especially like the rim that can be placed around the top to catch any drips. Excellent piece of equipment. 5*

have used this wax heater before definitely my favourite, deep pot can use full length of spatula. light on front lets you know if its heated to optimum temperature

I have ordered previously 2 heather which worked perfectly fine.Last month I order another 2 and both were faulty, one showed the issue after a week the other I couldn't use it.I have been sent 1 replacement out but for the other they want me to return it at my own cost.I contact them first before leaving this review, however feels impossible to deal with them.I had to contact Amazon and get a refund because they refuse to offer me a exchange for my 2nd location or collect the faulty item.I was happy to take it to post office myself if they provide a prepaid envelope but they refuse this as well.

Used it for less then a month and it stopped working. Very disappointedNot worth the priceDo not buy from this seller.Would not even one star for it my last wax heater lasted me 6 years.
