Was costing me a small fortune on little canisters but still want that option for camping etc. The Weber official adaptor was extortionate. Just snip the swaged connectors off and vioala! Does what it says on the packet! Only reason for dropping the score is that unlike the original, this doesn't have the useful finger grip which means you need a small spanner to undo/change it over.

This is a 1/4 left hand bsp 19 tpi tail pipe that fits a weber q1000 just right. V V good service and quick delivery.

The inner valve would not sit proud on its seating, so I was unable to screw the coupling into the barbecue. I returned the item and received a prompt rebate which included the postage.

For anyone on a similar wild goose chase for a connector to fit their Weber BBQ and avoid the extortionate costs of Weber's own adaptors. I can happily confirm this fits a Weber Q1200 perfectly.Quick tip - Running the hose to which you're fitting this piece, under very hot water will make it much easier to push in! Same goes for attaching the regulator to the other end. Just make sure you put your jubilee clips on before you do :)
