This item is cheaply made and none of the connection or circuit are insulated for leaks or accidentilely water spills. The measurement indicator is wrongly place and every time i will put water on it it will overspill. Finally the water got inside the circuit and the fan stopped working. Gladly with no electrical mishaps.

We purchased this as the air conditioning was out in our car. It worked well up to about 90 degrees, then it didn't make much difference. We have since moved it into the house and LOVE it! You can move it around, which is nice. It makes a huge difference in the comfort of the people in the room.The plug does get quite warm if you leave it plugged in too long, so unplug it when you aren't using it.

I was very disappointed when I turned it on after filling with water. Barely any air blowing out and the water never evaporates. Something is terribly wrong with this.

I have found another product that does a much better job at cooling the hot (70-85 degree) air in my camper for my pup. This product would work better for someone who in indoors and wants cooler air or air circulation.

Battery life is decent but the evaporative cooling system does not work the way it is set up.

I ended up not keeping this because I forgot it on the day of my event - but if you are hot natured and outside a lot this is for you. I trialed this without water and it was cool so with water it would be even better. Love that it can be plugged in or charged for outdoor events. Used a USBC so you can use the chargers you already have. Small enough so you can throw it in a suitcase, bag, or stroller!

Tried to use it in my truck and I would have had to hold it 4 inches from my face to feel it.

I cannot speak to how it works cooling wise. I only had it on briefly and could not handle the high pitched humming noise it made.
