Not a single seed sprouted
These seeds are terrible. I have been planting vegetables and other crops in my garden for years. I thought I'd try out Jalapeños for the first time. I'm well versed in planting seeds. However, not a single seedling sprouted from 2 packs that I purchased... Not one! Terrible seeds. Don't bother buying them. Waste of money and time.

Not a great return at planting stage
Planted 8 seeds, 1 germinated. Replanted another 7 seeds, 2 germinated. Not good odds. Hopefully the ultimate return be better
