Q: I see in some comments people mentioned it's the uv only for the main light, is it accurate? i cannot locate it in the description. thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but I'll elaborate on the different modes that my model has: -2 quick presses turns the main light on at maximum brightness, this is the light that shines out the top/front of the flashlight, as is standard -+A single press cycles the intensity of the main light, from the initial maximum brightness, to minimum brightness, dim, bright, and back to maximum brightness, for a total of 4 brightness modes from the main LED -3 quick presses, at any time, turns the UV light on, which is contained within the body/handle of the flashlight, this will turn any other LEDs off, if they were on. -+A single press while the UV light is on will turn it off and turn on the red LED, another single press will make the red LED flash on/off each second, another single press will make the red LED flash rapidly, and another single press will start the cycle over with the UV light. -4 quick presses, at any time, turns the reading/lantern light on at minimum brightness (still very bright), which is contained within the body/handle of the flashlight, this will turn any other LEDs off, if they were on. -+A single press while the reading/lantern light is on will increase the intensity of the light once, another press will return it to the slightly dimmer version -Long-pressing the button (for 1-2 seconds) on any mode will turn all LEDs off.

No, they switched this for the lockout mode instead.

Q: Can we use a 10440 lithium ion for the replaceable battery?

Yes, as long as the battery is a standard size(1 0 4 4 0 battery), it can be used as an auxiliary battery for the E7 flashlight.

Q: Is the rubber cover still on the curved side so it fall off or did they put it back on the flat side?

It's on the curved side. Back right side with the lens facing forward. They did update the plug and the cover tho and it has yet to open on me with daily use, still water tight.
