I have used L'anges 2 in 1 for years until it cracked and broke ... they are not cheap to replace either. So I was going between paying that price , or finding something comparable... I rolled the dice and went with this and it did not dissapoint! I have fine, thin hair granted but it's weird and wavy...I actually had waves in from my waver, but in one pass everything was smooth and shiny. I did 4 test strips. One straight, one coil, one waver and one beach wave. All three took one pass and were shiny and smooth. And my ends weren't all fried up...the heating area is even, broad and there's no parts that catch tiny hairs as it passes through which my L'ange did. It ripped my hair out at the hinge A LOT.. this button design makes it way easier to control the iron when you're trying to curl or beach wave and it is easy to grip. LOVE THIS FLAT IRON

Updated to my review "The tip broke after 6 weeks of light use"
I used the curling iron probably 4-5 times per week for touch ups. I don't wear my hair curled, so I would say "very light use". The tip broke which makes it hard to handle. And now I am outside the return window.Update:The seller reached out to me after they saw my first review and they sent me a new curling iron. I thought that was really cool. I have been using the new curling iron with no problems ever since and it has been probably 4 months now. I have even tried a new hair style which required me to spend quite a bit of time using the iron. I am pleased with the product. This seller really stand behind their product which I appreciate too!! Thank you!
