Not particularly well made
These don't appear to be particularly well made, but they are cheaper, so I guess you get what you pay for. However, I haven't had a chance to use them yet!

Well priced and very useable chucks.
I recently received a Dremel kit with a multitude of attachemnts. As I'd been using proxxon for the last 25 years I'd built up quite a lot of bits and pieces - wheels, grinders, sanders, etc in a variety of shaft size. Although it is claimed a collet is more accurate a chuck has always performed well for me with the ability to use any drill bit or size of shaft.Sadly the Dremel comes with a collet not a chuck. Clearly this is a strategy to make you buy their accessories. For the record the Proxxon chuck does not fit a Dremel which is much smaller. I also have another unit - German made as well - which takes a 'proxxon' size chuck on an 8mm drive shaft, the dremel is more like 1/4" - 6.25mm.So far these are working fine gripping the bits well - loosening and tightening on demand without a problem. One is fitted to the main unit, the other to the flexible shaft. The original collet - only one mind you in a package costing £150!!! - is on the right angle unit. I will get another pair, one for that and a spare. The original idea of swapping one collet between the three pieces is bonkers considering the money paid, let alone the inconvenience. Especially when the price of such items is relatively small. All in all a good purchase and makes for a much easier experience.

Not suitable for Lidle Parkside rotary mini tool
Bought mine to replace stripped thread collet holding nut on my Parkside rotary mini tool. It sort of fits, but the thread is too lose and so the chuck doesn't auto centre correctly. This results in the tool bits running with a wobble and vibration. I've wrapped PTFE plumbing tape around the threads to take up the slack which helps. These chucks seem good quality and would probably be fine with another brand but not recommended for the Lidl tools.

Great little accessory for my Dremel
ProsEasy to installGreat gripFits my Dremel 3000ConsNone yetI needed to have a wider opening for larger tools bits on my Dremel 3000 and these provide that. They hold all the bits that I've put in then perfectly without and issues or slippage. These are easy to install and operate.
