This was the eye primer, before there was an eye primer. Its is the best primer and a matte fleshtone eyeshadow. It has no shimmer or glitter. You get a high color payoff and decent all day hold. Would recommend to friend. A winner!

I like the consistency of the mineral eye color and the easy application. I use it as a highlighter. I am dark haired, but my skin tone is between fair and medium. The eye color tends to blend with my skin tone and the color doesn't really show much.
