No fuss user friendly lock. Does the job perfectly it is meant to. Finger prints are easily stored and read by the lock

Difficult to pair with phone app called okos smart
The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of them but one of them is not able pair with phone..it's app is called okos smart. Good thing is it has return policy

dont buy will stop battery will die out
The media could not be loaded. The lock stops working after some time and the battery dies out, There is nobody at customer service who can help or wants to help they start disconnecting calls, Even after charging the lock for eight hours it still doesn't work so it is useless after a while.
