Yes you can my 4Runner has the same set up took all of 30min to get it up and put together

When I purchased mine 84 wasn't available. I got the 64x39x4. And it was 4" tall.. Unfortunately I'm going to have to make modifications to my basket to fit my 22 pilot where I want the basket to ride. Current setup, out of the box assembled, the basket is way too far back for my liking. I guess my warning is I hope you have adjustable roof rails to fit where the slots are on the assembled basket.

Q: I installed it and the ubolts stick up about an inch into the cargo area. Are there supposed to be covers to protect the bolts and contents?

We installed them upside down so the bolt was not in the cargo area. Worked great.
