Bought this mainly because I wanted Arabic language channels but it includes many others. An ititialproblem with connecting was quickly solved and I am very satisfied with the product.

Only American channels are coming straight on, UK and other international channels aren't. Even majority of apps, like BBC iplayer aren't supported any longer. I've only had it yesterday. I'm hoping it all kicks in and starts working, otherwise I wish for a refund. There's no manual with it neither.

A channel will work one day then not the next. I know it wasn't a connection issue because there are certain channels that would always work but these are few and far between. Kept freezing and switching off and on again wouldn't solve the problem. You'd be met with a frozen screen upon turning it back on.

I liked the box as it is very small but that is it.Kept freezing it and now after nine months not working at all.Was not chip,waste of money and very unhappy costumer.Stay away from it..

Sold as long term no subscription required product, works OK not great initially, but after a year requests activation. Contacting support with the requested Mac, and informed that the subscription had expired and I would need to purchase latest box - needless to say I didn't!
