Helpful for Restless Legs and Tastes Great
I bought these magnesium gummies while I was pregnant to help with restless legs, and they really did seem to help. I found that taking about three gummies worked best for me to feel the effects. They were easy to take, didn’t upset my stomach, and actually tasted good, which is a big plus compared to many supplements.
