I ordered this set and another set, between the 2 sets all but 2 or 3(been a month my memory faded) were smashed up into the lid and had to be fished out. Once fished out the ends were obviously messed up and couldn't just use like normal because clumps would come off.. but I've managed to use them enough to finally get them mainly like a typical eyeshadow stick to wear I can just apply to my eye. I like that they blend well, I'm not a fan of the smudger, even after priming it it just seems to erase it instead of blend it(could be of the ways I've tried it in using it dodgers than they intended) but a brush on the end would be better IMO, but I also use my fingers most to blend these then go over with a brush to smooth it all out. I like these better than my Julep sticks but julep has a leg up on the fact that the stick can be left up a tad without worry of smashing the top, whereas these if ANY is above the rim they smash into the top and have to be fished out all over again. Abs 2/3 if the sponge tips have fallen out 1 month in, with as little as I use them that seems shoddy to me.I would recommend checking these out when they're on sale. I would be prepared for damaged product, I think most people would like them and they do seem to stay until I take my makeup off, but I can't really say for sure because I mix mediums a lot and it could be whatever on top of them that I see at the end of the day. I should say I didn't get a chance to reach out so u can't speak for customer service and any efforts they may have made to fix the smashed products I received so that could make a difference.I would love to hear that they change their packaging then I would be tempted to purchase just to see if improved.

They are cute and good colors but are so creamy they don’t stay on my lids

They look so pretty online but the colors are not vibrant at all and each one looks the same; really sheer and hardly any color. Only buy these if you want the slightest bit of sheer color on your eyes.

The pens are easy to use, the product has not much staying power, it will come off easy. Mine lasted about an hour. And it is cold here not warm weather.

They are ok, super soft almost like butter. Goes on really smooth, very creamy.Would I buy them again? probably not.

These pens are very nice. They easily fit in makeup bag instead of a pallet. They are easy to use. I got the first 6 colors and they all look very similar in color to me except for the purple.

The media could not be loaded.  Me ha gustado el brillo que dejan tan natural y luminoso en el párpado. Tiene también un color mate para poder hacer una trancisión lo que viene genial!Quizás los colores son muy parecidos pero hay varios que si son más oscuros y ayudan a dar profundidad a los looks. Eso sí, si tienes el párpado graso no es para ti ya que tienden a hacer pliegue. Mi truco es sellarla después con alguna sombra en polvo 🥰

Go on smoothly & lasts all day. I tried smudging a couple of colours, but ending up with just one end colour, so I think it work’s better just using one shade at a time. All the colours are similar, but nice, so I will use them all eventually. Does come off easily if you rub your eyes. Value for money, very good.

I found I had to apply quite a lot of shadow to see any colour. Nice creamy texture, but the whole pack are very similar shades. It's a nice neutral base though.
