The one I ordered does not but did see same style lock does come with bike mount.

A video review shows how to find the combination of this lock in seconds. Did anyone else try this on his lock and does it work? If so it's unsafe.

I haven’t seen the video you referenced, but I do know that anyone (myself included) with just a little knowledge of these locks can open it very easily using a paper clip.
