What I needed.
Since course grated horseradish doesn't seem to be available any more I tried this and it's fine. Just remember to reduce the amount called for because the powder is denser than grated horseradish. The flavor is excellent so I'm happy. This is what I needed for a number of recipes.

Perfect
This is so much better than when I bought the root and prepared it. A little goes a long way. Very happy with it.Perfecting my own dijon mustard without vinegar and mustard.

Great Flavor
I was unable to find powdered horseradish in any of my local stores. I ordered this online. This came quickly. I use it in making meatloaf and has great flavor.

ABSOULTABLY NO TASTE
Has no taste let alone the rich tang of horseradish. I want my money back

Test what you sell.
It didn't have the horseradish flavor in is just bitter. Will not buy it again. Everything else l purchased from you was great. Very disappointed in horseradish.
