Quality bench for the home. You aint gonna get any better than this for the £170 i paid thats for sure(there was a £60 discount code when i purchased). Takes 5 minutes to put together and its sturdy, comfortable and looks nice and classsy too! Also the design is so good that it is a good size for a tall person and still it dont take up too much room. (Im 6ft1 and got plenty room) Dont go for something around a £100 and be stuck with a cheap piece of kit with huge metal legs that stick out too far and creaks and wobbles, pay a few quid extra and treat yourself to this quality bench👍

I'm really happy with this purchase! It's exactly what you can see in the photo. It's very sturdy and definitely looks and feels well-built. Thanks to the wheels and handle, it's soooo easy to roll it to a wall and put it in the prone position and prop it against the wall so it takes up very little space (if that made sense lol). I also really like how easy it is to change its positions, if you look at the image, you literally just pull up the back part and it slides up and it's similarly easy to put back down. That metal rod fits into the grooves very securely! It's nice and easy - very happy. There is only one thing I regret :( However, it's not a problem with this listing, so it's not going to affect my rating. The biggest thing that I wish I paid more attention to was thinking about handles and hooks etc for resistance bands, and pads or hooks for my ankles when doing decline situps etc. It's not a game ender, you can still work around that - but getting a bench with that sort of stuff built in would be a lot more convenient. So, if you think you'd want those - make sure to have a look around first!

Great bench! This is the most valuable stuff I took for my personal gym. A good bench is probably the first thing you should buy if you need commercial gym experience. And this one is probably the best especially for this money. 100% happy with this purchase. - heavy and sturdy - easy to assemble - have adjustable seat (not only backrest)

After looking for a solid bench, primarily for barbell bench press, I decided to get this one. Many benches in this price range have a limit of 250 kg (body weight plus what you're lifting) but this one says it's rated to 1000 lbs or 450 kg and that's what sold it for me. Here's my review. I ordered this on Friday 14 Feb 2025, it was listed at £230 with a £60 voucher so I paid £170. With Amazon Prime free delivery it arrived on Monday 17 Feb 2025. The delivery slot was 7am-7pm using Amazon delivery so I had to wait in until it arrived. Many other delivery companies give you a one hour time slot but it seems Amazon don't do that yet. You can monitor the courier location on your app but it's tricky to know how long you will have to wait. It arrived in one, heavy, 25 kg box. There are only 3 parts to assemble using only 5 bolts. You also get a proper size 17 spanner and solid hex/allen key. Instructions are only 1 page long, so assembly SHOULD have been very simple. ISSUE: The first bolt you have to insert locks the back support in place and requires a bolt, washer and nut. However, the metal frame was spaced too far apart and there was no room to screw on the nut when the washer was in place (see photos). The solution was to screw on the nut without the washer, which compresses the frame, then remove the nut and add both the washer and nut. A bit of a pain but it doesn't affect the functionality or quality of the bench so I'm not knocking off any stars. Once assembled, the bench feels rock solid. The back support and seat are very quick and easy to adjust. It doesn't rock side to side when intentionally trying to rock it. I even jumped up and down on it without it moving. The handle at the front and wheels at the back allow the bench to be moved around easily. The bench does its job well for bench press. The width of the back rest feels wide enough to give adequate support and I feel safe when pushing heavy weights. I can certainly recommend this bench. For the price I paid, I think this is a real bargain. If any issues arise in future I'll update this review. Update 19 Feb 2025. I have knocked off a star and reduced the rating to 4 stars. The bench is very stable when the weight is at the back such as during bench press, so there’s no problem there. But when the weight it as the front of the bench such as sitting upright for shoulder press or arm curls, the bench can be unstable and you have to be more careful. This is because the front leg is very narrow so any significant weight at one side or the other causes the bench to tip. Since I’m aware of this I know to be careful. It’s not ideal but I still like using the bench and it’s rock solid for bench press when the weight is at the back over the very wide rear leg.

Excellent and very sturdy looks like well. It looks better than the commercial ones then you get in the gym very sturdy and hard-core.

I've been using this now for over a year and I have no complaints. It's sturdy, comfortable, easy to adjust, and still looks good as new.

Wir haben erst vor nicht langer Zeit eine Hantelbank für uns gekauft, zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren unsere Ansprüche an so eine Bank aber noch gänzlich anders, vor allem auch meine. Erst seit einiger Zeit habe ich unser Sportprogramm ausgeweitet, deutlich mehr in Richtung dehnen und gezieltem Muskelaufbau vor allem im Schulterbereich bzw gesamtem oberen Rücken. Uns war sehr wichtig, dass die neue Bank nicht wackelt, also ein Gefühl von Stabilität und Sicherheit gibt, auch wenn mein Mann oder ich uns mit dem halben Oberkörper über die Bank hinaus gelegt haben. Sie sollte aber auch gut gepolstert sein, damit ich es aushalte, wenn nur eines meiner schmerzenden Knie mein Gewicht auf der Bank stabilisierend tragen muss und gleichzeitig sollte sie aber auch leicht zu transportieren sein, wenn sie woanders stehen soll, oder einfach nur beim Reinigen im Weg steht und beinahe vergessen, für diverse meiner Übungen ist es nicht hilfreich, wenn die Bank vorne irgendein vorstehendes Teil, wie eine Halterung für die Beine besitzt, denn das stört mich, weil es mir im Weg ist und bei vielen Dehnungen einfach weh tut. Die Joroto Bank erfüllt all diese Wünsche für uns. Ich kann mit ihr fast ab Taille vor dem Kopfteil der Bank mit Gewichten in beiden Händen schweben und die Bank steht wie eine 1!. Keinerlei Unsicherheit, kein Knacken oder auch nur minimales Wackeln, nicht einmal, wenn das jeweils eine Knie nicht genau in der Mitte der Bank von mir platziert wurde. Zudem fällt hier mein Blick bei dieser Übung auf den breiten Metallfuß der die Bank stabilisiert und das schaut gut aus und fühlt sich noch besser an. Trotzdem selbst ich kann diese Bank ganz leicht bewegen, sie hat vorne einen Griff und auf der anderen Seite Rollen, so lässt sie sich super leicht bewegen, wenn ich sie zB mit einem anderen Sportgerät verbinden möchte. Ich sollte vllt noch erwähnen, wir sind beide sehr groß und beide keine Leichtgewichte. Die andere Bank hat auch vieles mitgemacht, aber sie war nicht in der Lage mir dieses so wichtige Gefühl von Stabilität zu geben, die Joroto kann das. Die Polsterung ist dick, fast doppelt so dick wie die der alten Bank und fest, aber bei Belastung wie zB eben nur eines meiner Knie ist sie aber weich genug, dass ich das aushalten kann ohne dass ich noch Kissen oder zusammengelegte Yogamatten unter mein Knie legen muss. Erst nach dem Aufstellen habe ich bemerkt, dass das RückenTeil der Joroto deutlich länger ausgelegt ist, es sind ca 12cm Unterschied und die scheinen es auch zu bewirken, dass das Trainieren damit leichter zu sein scheint. Die Polsterung ist entgegen meiner Vermutung nur leicht dicker, aber offenbar irgendwie anders, denn sie fühlt sich um so vieles komfortabler an. Jedenfalls sind wir mal wieder sehr happy, dass uns erstens viele positive Rezensionen zu dieser Bank geführt haben und wir sie zusätzlich zu einem sehr günstigen Preis ergattern konnten, denn das sollte ich sicher noch erwähnen, die UVP der Joroto ist 2,5 mal so hoch, wie die der Vorgängerbank und das hier soll wirklich keine Kritik an der alten sein, sie kann nichts dafür, dass sich unsere Ansprüche so sehr geändert haben. Ebenso positiv war für uns, dass die Bank binnen 2er Tage und damit sogar früher als prognostiziert bei uns ankam. Sogar die Montage dieser Hantelbank ist einfach zu bewältigen. Diese Bank macht Lust auf Training mit ihr, ihr traue ich das Gewicht meines Mannes plus Hanteln auch wirklich zu. El envío fue rapido, me lo subieron a casa , el paquete no pesa mucho realmente, unos 25kg o asi. Viene muy bien empaquetado y se monta con 4 tornillos. Te viene una pequeña llave inglesa para montarlo, asique realmente no necesitas nada extra. En el montaje simplemente destacar que los tornillos que venian instalados estaban al reves, esto no supone nada malo, puedes sacarlos y meterlos como pone en la guia o meter todos igual ( lo que yo hice ) La calidad del producto en general es muy buena: - El metal se siente robusto y de calidad, sin desperfectos - Soldaduras bien realizadas - Buen acolchado, esta duro pero no se siente como una tabla de planchar - 3 puntos de apoyo rigidos, no se tambalea nunca, muy estable - Mecanismo de ajuste muy comodo Como punto negativo me gustaría que tuviera alguna posicion intermedia más de ajuste, tanto en el asiento( solo tiene 1) como en el respaldo. Y quizas el hueco entre el respaldo y el asiento sea un poco incómodo, pero entiendo que es inevitable en este tipo de bancos, al final es saber colocarse también. Te recomiendo este banco por la calidad y seguridad que ofrece. Antes que gastarme 80 o 100 en las "tablas de planchar" que hay por amazon te recomiendo no tires tu dinero y comores algo de calidad.

Ho acquistato la JOROTO MD80 in sconto a meno di 200 euro, e posso dire che è a dir poco meravigliosa. Ecco cosa mi ha colpito di più: Stabilità e resistenza: La panca è stabilissima e robusta. Non traballa minimamente. Ottime regolazioni: Le inclinazioni sono perfette, permettono di eseguire una vasta gamma di esercizi. Si regola facilmente e in modo rapido, adattandosi perfettamente a diversi tipi di allenamento. Design impeccabile: Oltre a essere funzionale, è anche molto bella esteticamente. Il design è curato nei minimi dettagli, ed è un piacere averla in casa. Qualità-prezzo insuperabile: A questo prezzo non credo esista nulla di meglio sull'intero store. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero imbattibile. Conclusione: Se cercate una panca resistente, sicura e con ottime inclinazioni, la JOROTO MD80 è semplicemente perfetta, soprattutto se riuscite a trovarla in sconto.

Very impressed with the quality and design of this bench. Premium quality, very comfortable to train with and you can easily and quickly switch between positions (declined, flat, and multiple inclined angles). You can even set an inclined position for the seating piece which makes it very comfortale to train with flat and slight inclined positions. The size is perfect (I'm 1.90m) and the minimalist design makes it fit perfectly in relatively small areas. The bench also comes almost completely installed, 5 screws and you're done! I had a little doubt about its stability before the purchase because of the relatively narrow front leg, but that turned out to be no problem at all, this thing is stable during all excercises. In short, if you like what it offers on paper then you'll like it more when use it. Zeker een aanrader!

Delivered with real tools to assemble the bench in the blink of an eye. Sturdy, robust, inviting to work out. My previous bench collapsed 2 times when I was lifting 2 dumbbells from 22 kg each and my upper body was a tad too far on the bench. Bump on my head, one costly adjustable dumbbell ruined. This bench doesn’t budge no matter where I put my torso or head. Should have bought it years ago but I’m very happy I finally did. Great value for money.
