Great design for catching brass
Anyone interested in saving their brass for reloading knows that anything you can do to make collecting the brass easier, the better. Yes, brass could get picked up off the ground, but that's more work, and it could get stepped on by someone before you get to it, so keeping it off the ground in the first place makes it faster and easier to save. This catcher has a nice Picatinny mount that is relatively low profile. The attachment on the basket is adjustable front to back, and the mount an be adjusted in and out depending on how wide the gun itself is, so it should be able to fit well on a lot of different rifles. The shell of the catcher is a sturdy metal wire, and the woven basket attaches to it with Velcro straps, so it could be easily taken apart for cleaning if desired. All in all, a nicely constructed catcher basket at a fair price.

A must have for rifle-caliber reloaders
The design of these are pretty commonplace, but if you're a hand-loader, these are an absolute must. Most of us live in cities where indoor and some outdoor ranges frown upon collecting your brass. Why? Because they turn around and sell it to someone who'll clean it up and sell it back to you. Save yourself that nightmare - collect your own. The rail bit fits easily, doesn't stick up too much so optics mounts shouldn't be too much of a problem, and will allow for the brass-catcher to do its thing. The "Foot" is adjustable so you can move it up and down the rail-mount to line up with your ejection port. Don't give away your brass if you can help it - save it for yourself, or maybe collect it and give it to your friend who reloads for you, and themselves. Be Ammo-Claus...
