This does not blow any cold air and I don't think it would be any good as a fan because it sounds like a really loud vaccum. I know the one review said it was loud but I thought I might be ok because I wear noise cancelling headphones but even with my noise cancelling headphones on I thought someone had a really loud vaccum going and was trying to figure out where it was coming from until I realized it was the fan. I am very sensitive to noises so I can't tell if a really loud vaccum sound would bother others but I'm guessing it would since it was super loud even with my headphones on. I would die of heat exhaustion before using this fan! I would give it 0 stars if I could. It's cute but they need a quiter fan to make it useful even if it did spary a cool mist it's too loud!It's also super tiny which I know it has the measurements in the description but I didn't really look so thought I'd mention it incase someone else misses that. It's the size of my hand.

After losing my first water powered AC, I came across this one. I thought it was super cute and wanted to try it. It’s just not as strong as I would like it to be, it may work for a small bathroom or closet, but it’s not practical in a normal sized space.

Product is just like the photos, only issue is that the top compartment to add water for the humidifier where you put the water is a bit hard to open, but besides that it's a wonderful high powered mini air conditioner

It's a decent item. You may have to keep it close to feel mist, but will cool you off. The fan can be noisy on higher speeds.
