This foam roller is really good. I had to apply very gentle pressure when I was using this roller on the muscles of my upper back. It was very painful initially as my muscles were very time. After 3 weeks of using this roller I felt the soreness in my back reduced greatly and I had more mobility in my back. I highly recommend this product to anyone with really tight thigh, hamstring and back muscles, with the proviso that you use it gently tp begin with.

This is good.
This is good. This is really good. I've been using foam rollers for a number of years now, and I guess my muscles may have gotten too used to the old ones I have. So I was looking for something much hard, much denser than the usual stuff they have at the gym & sport shops. This really hits the (trigger) spot. I would have preferred a longer roller but I can't fault the quality of this one.

Nice and sturdy: not for the novice or faint of heart
This is a great foam roller for those who want serious relieve/rolling: it is extremely hard and has nice spikes. It is quite heavy which I think is a good thing.

Wow! Best foam roller I have found and tested!
Amazing! I tried nearly all of the foam rollers on Amazon (Trust me!) but I find this one is really good as it rolls fully not like the others which are intermittent i.e. flat and bumpy surfaces. Great length - longer than the average at a great price! Comes with a bag which is a bonus! Am even considering a 2nd one!

Good at working those troublesome tight muscles
My second foam roller, after the first had been near enough enilated through daily use. This is exceptionally firm, which if you’ve never used a foam roller before could put you off for life. For an experienced gym goer, this is an essential bit of kit to aid training.

Durable does not crack.
Wonderful, does not crack or split after just a few months like another my husband bought on Amazon.This one is not so hollow, irons out the knots very effective.
