TANSTC High Arch Support Insoles for Shoes - Reduce Foot Pain, Improve Balance, and Provide Arch Support

I had a perineal tendonitis issue with my right foot. It was so bad that I went to see a podiatrist whose only suggestion was to push to me to buy a pair of $60 insoles that my insurance wouldn't cover. Well, those insoles did nothing to help my tendonitis issue and they even caused my to start having plantar fasciitis problems in my left foot! I started looking for other insoles that could help. I found these and took a chance and wow... they're 110% better those overly expensive doctor ones. I'm up and down my feet for many hours a day at my job and even just the first day of wearing these insoles my pain in both was mitigated tremendously. I've worn them faithfully since I've gotten them and my plantar fasciitis issues are gone and my tendonitis issues are nearly gone too. At the end of the day, I don't feel crippled with foot pain and that's a win in my book.TL;DR: Try these before you shell out for expensive insoles. They'll probably work better for you.

I absolutely love these insoles and I’m very picky when it comes to my feet. I use insoles in all my shoes, mainly for comfort, but for my work shoes I need something extra or my feet are killing me by the end of the day. I’ve always gone for insoles that have the most padding or cushion because that’s what I thought was best. I was wrong. I don’t have plantar fasciitis or even flat feet so I never thought to try an insole with any kind of support or rigidity but I’m so glad I did. My feet have never felt better after a long day at work. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now and they’re great. Huge improvement from day one which is rare because there is usually a break in period for my feet to get used to them. They have a solid arch support and heel cup but are well padded in just the right spots so I don’t even feel the hard parts. They fit perfect in my size 11 shoe’s without any trimming and they are not bulky and do not over-crowd my shoes. Very high quality and durable material. I can tell they will last a while. I love these things. No more tired, sore and achy feet. 10/10. Definitely recommend. Worth the extra dollars. I’m ordering more for my other shoes as well.

My first impression of this insole is that they give you a very confortable feeling on your feet as soon as you step on them. I was able to walk with my running shoes all day and my feet did not feel tired. What I like about them is that they are not that thick, so your foot heel still feels like it is still inside the shoe.Compared to the original N*KE running insole, this one is more confortable, but my foot feels a bit lose and the gel makes it feel a bit wobbly. The original insole seems to grab onto your socks better that whatever lining this insole have on top. The wobbly feeling has to do with the gel. Gel tends to be rubbery and do not give up much while foam tends to mold better to your foot and give up more under pressure. Gel tries to bounce back that energy. I prefer all foam insoles without no gel technology, but these ones are not that bad compared to other insoles I have tried that have gel technology. I believe that the foot will mold better to the insole as you use it, making the wobbly feeling disappear eventually.The insoles are well made. They have a hard black surface at the bottom for arch support which I first I thought I was going to feel the hard surface under my foot, but actually the insole cushioning takes good care of that. I will keep testing these insoles, and if my feet do not get hurt, then it was worth the purchase.

These have great support for my pronation. I carry a lot of weight and these are plenty sturdy. They don’t bend like some others I’ve tried. I notice a nice improvement in my pronation when I wear them. They are thick, so it takes a while to get them ‘settled’ into your shoe. They are also easy to cut to fit your exact insert size. So far, I really like them. I’ll see how well they hold up, but so far so good. If they keep their shape, I will order another set.

I had purchased a new pair of sneakers and within 3 months my feet were hurting every day. The shoe was so hard with not a lot of support. I then purchased these insoles to see if it would help. I removed the insole that was in the sneaker and replaced with these. It took a couple of days to get used to the feel of no arch support to these insoles with good arch support, but it was so worth it. These insoles provided enough firm arch support where I needed it as well as cushioning for the rest of my foot. Before my feet would be in pain all day and throbbing by the end of the night. Now I can comfortably work and walk throughout the day with no discomfort. These have really made a difference for me. The price and value is great. I would definitely purchase these again in the future.

My son has very high arches, so finding a good shoe is hard. He needs shoes with a high tongue that come up above his ankle so he can be able to tie them & be comfortable. The doctor recently told us he needs arch supports so I went on the hunt searching for a good pair that weren't excessively thick that made them uncomfortable to wear in shoes. He is 11 years old and wears a size 6 big boys shoes. I cut the insoles to fit in his shoes perfectly. Ripped out the old ones and putthese in place. Had him walk around in them & he was already much more comfortable than before. They are supporting his high arches great & his feet feel better. Now we just need to see how they fair during the school year. I'd be willing to buy them again as long as his feet are better.

Not long term comfort for my long hours of walking on concrete floors working with my work boots on. But they were a big relief an improvement from what I had in the past.
