People have the misconception to increase NAD in their bodies they must consume NAD+ but that’s not how it works. I take NR because after further research it is much faster and better processed more efficiently by our bodies than NMN. NR increases your NAD+ in our bodies, as we both know we need in order to look younger, think better and remain sharp!

product was as described. how would you know if it "works" as a supplement unless you have a specific medical condition to treat?

What a great addition to NMN! I take one capsule a day with NMN to add to my fasting Carnivore diet. I feel amazing! Great product!

I like that the serving size is one capsule per day, which is the most convenient. However, the bottle label simply lists one ingredient: "Nicotinamide riboside (NR)" and under Other Ingredients, it lists "None". However, I feel there should be other ingredients, such as those making up the capsule itself. I am not sure why those additional ingredients are not listed. Additionally, the bottle does not specify where the product is made. These are such basic and essential pieces of information that should not be omitted IMO.
