I purchased this case back in May, it’s been fine since then. It did it’s job and the ring to prop up the phone was a feature I used often.Fast forward to last week: I’m at an amusement park with my family, I had kept my phone in a zippered pocket for all the previous rides, for whatever reason I put it back in my normal pocket prior to getting on a roller coaster. I realized that my phone was missing about 10 minutes after getting off the ride. We were able to track my phone, an employee happened to be walking nearby and saw my phone call from the ride. I fully expected to have it returned to me smashed to pieces, however only the ring on the back was damaged, the front and back of my phone were perfectly intact. I don’t know at what point my phone fell, but I’m going to make an assumption that it was during an inversion, likely over 100ft in the air and traveling 70ish MPH when my phone went skydiving. I’m impressed enough that I’m buying the same case again.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: I had an issue (obvious in my first review), but I was able to get in touch with the vendor and they express sent a new case with a magnetic ring/stand. The ring on the back, however… not cute. The ring is terribly uncomfortable. After a few minutes of using it, the metal begins to rub your fingers raw. Not comfortable at all. The ring also does not rotate, limiting how easy it is to use the holder based on your preferences. And finally, as you can see in the picture, the sticker backing that holds the magnets has peeled almost completely off, rendering the charging capabilities inoperable (not to mention the ring doesn’t sit flush with the case. I’ve tried to reach out to the company but it’s been days and they remain unavailable. I 100% do not recommend this case… especially not for the price. So unfortunate.

The company reached out to me and replaced my case even though I had it for half a year. They were very easy to work with and even offered me a refund but I really liked the case so I’m hoping this time it’ll last. My old review is below: I really liked this case when it was working but now it doesn’t lay flat which also doesn’t bother me EXCEPT when I try to wirelessly charge it using the magnet the ring it gets extremely hot. It isn’t safe anymore to use on my phone. I purchased this product in December and now it’s June so it worked for 6 months which might be all you can expect out of a product these days.

Love love love this case! I’ve had it for a while and my phone has taken some hefty falls - this case protects it! My case has slight damage from my many mishandlings, but holds up well. I’m impressed and appreciative. The stand is super helpful and I use it all the time, I love that it lays totally flat when down!

I like the phone case a lot. It’s lighter and easier to put on than most. The built in magnet stand is a cool and handy at times. I would purchase a screen protector with the case for extra protection.

Sellers reached out & sent a replacement model and the new one works & fits perfectly. Thank you!!I have used a similar model for my old phone and with a new 14 pro max, I wanted the same, sturdy protection. It's almost as if the phone doesn't fully fit inside the case perfectly. The sides are sticking out, almost buckling a bit and leaves a little gap. The top is the same. The bottom is the only part that fits perfect & flush as my previous models did. When i try to squeeze it on, it moves a bit and has a squeak. I'll give it another week or so but if it doesn't improve, i'll have to get a different case. If anyone has tips or instructions to make it fit better, I'd give it a try.
