Straps work perfect and are comfortable and supportive in the right ways. I have them hanging from my basement pull-up bar which has low ceilings so I didn't want them being too tall/long where my feet would be dragging still. I'm 6' 5" and these are the perfect length to prevent that and I can still grab the straps just below the bar.

These are a good value for the money. No cheesy D rings, well formed loops in the strapping, one carabiner per strap, decent padding. I weigh 230 and they seem up to the challenge.

These ab straps are well padded, comfortable to use, and feel very durable. They attach securely to my pull-up bar and make core workouts much more comfortable than gripping the bar alone. Excellent quality and a great addition to any home gym.

Not as well padded as I hoped. Also smaller. Probably great for smaller framed people. I like that the buckle does not sit on the bay where it can wear.

Good stuff, strong textile. The only thing is to master the proper form, that includes positioning the support very close to the body. To be clear, you need this to avoid prolonged grip to the bar. But if you do not find a comfortable position with this, direct hand grip is preferrable.

Great for the abs only problem is that there is a lot of pressure on the underneath of your arms when hanging but you can hold it long enough to get a intense burn

It's impressively strong, easy to install but most of all a real challenge for lats and abdominal. Reading about it is one thing but feeling the slow burn in your muscles is really surprising and just what I was looking for.
