Got this shower head and hose as I’ve just moved home and the old one was so weak.This shower head is amazing!!!Couldn’t believe the difference a shower head could make.The different settings are very nice and it’s a sturdy and smart looking product.Definitely enjoy my showers now and the various functions are so nice.Worth every single penny.

The media could not be loaded. Does the job, pressure no different but the mode switch is excellent and only took 2 mins to install. Recommended.

I live in a flat with an electric shower which had very poor water pressure, after purchasing this shower head it was fixed the pressure was fabulous (similar to when I previously had a boiler direct shower head). Unfortunately the shower head which I recieved had a defect and stopped working after 6/7 months. I contacted the service team, who were very friendly and helpful, they promptly sent me a new shower head free of charge.Overall great product and excellent customer service.

I think is fantastic for the price. I love that there are 6 different settings. It also looks very nice.My old shower head just wasn’t very powerful and my hair didn’t feel that clean after washing, but this has made a 100% improvement. I would definitely recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case it would be a sin not to!The shower head is great! Nice modes and waaay higher water pressure than with standard shower head (I have an electric water heater).After 8 month the mode selector has failed and stuck on basic mode, but lovely customer support has solved the problem immediately by replacing the original shower head with a newer, improved version.Both the product and Newentor highly recommended!Thanks again, Newentor customer support :)

Brilliant shower head, nice and powerful, quite a few different settings to suit everyone's preferences in my house. However, in less than 6months the button stopped working and therefore we cannot change what setting it is on, which is good for the 1 person in my house that showers with the mist setting, but not so good for the other 4 people in my house, which includes 2 girls with long, thick hair that now cannot be washed properly. So I have mow had to return back using a cheaper, more basic looking shower head with less settings

Got this shower head to replace an extremely low pressured one we already had with our fitted shower from B&Q.Was hoping it wasn’t our pressure coming into the house that was low .This shower head proved it wasn’t , it’s amazing !The pressure is excellent , the power setting jet actually hurts my skin it is that powerful !I highly recommend this product .The reason for only 4 stars is the toggle to switch in between different sprays is a little frail and could easily be broken .

the switch broke and now it is stuck in one setting. i cant switch anymore.2/11/2022 update, I upgraded to 2 stars from 1 star. They contacted me directly and apologized. They claim the problem was that the production used the wrong batch for the switch and the new ones have no problems. They offered to send me a new one with a good switch. If it works I will upgrade to 5 stars. If it doesn't, then I will downgrade the review back to 1 star.4/11/2022 update: the replaced shower head works fine. no switch issues. Thank you

So far this is the best shower I had at an affordable price. Have multiple spray modes. The quality is good and easy to install.
