It will fit a burring tool but the speed required maybe an issue. I tend to use mine for less demanding tasks like drilling holes in wood and as a driver for wood screws. I know it's a little expensive to buy and try but it depends on what your deburring; copper pipes say, shouldn't be a problem, but steel.....
