Amazing
This was advertised to me on a deal from Amazon after doing lots of searching recently for a decent powerful capable electric screwdrive,r but all of what I found came up short and only up to 6nm or torque which I wanted more and this popped up so I purchased it and wow it is AMAZING! My only issues are the lack of battery level monitor on the device, or battery and the fact I suspect it might be brushed, which is rather EWW in 2025. That being said, it is very powerful for what it is.

Absolute monster
Bought this to replace my trusty old Makita DF001D pencil driver, bought in 2018, whose battery was gradually dying. I didn't want to buy a set that came with extra screwdriver bits (I've already got thousands of them) and although this is a step up in price, it's well worth the money.Pros:Two batteries and a dedicated charger. As long as you keep one battery charging and one in the screwdriver, you'll never run out of juice.Raw power. It has twice the voltage of your average electric screwdriver and as a result drives them screws like knives through butter.Impact: In many cases (especially in soft wood) you could easily do away with drilling pilot holes. The case: keeps it neat and tidy, with plenty of space for accessories.Holster: great if you use it, I'm not a huge fan.Minor cons:I would have preferred a squeezable trigger to the up-down in-out controller, but I'm getting used to it.Use the wrong bit and the impact action will quickly strip the screw head. You might need to buy some impact bits, although in all honesty you can easily get away with ordinary ones and a standard bit holder. The strange reference in the instructions to a 'bit piece', a small pyramid-looking thing supposedly to be used with shorter bits. No evidence of this in the case, but no great loss - just use longer bits.Very pleased with this, great piece of kit.

This has got the perfect torque
I was having trouble with my impact driver with more delicate work. This screwdriver has loads of power but can handle the delicate stuff with ease. Great tool I use everyday.

Makita power tool - cordless screwdriver
After being given a recommendation by a trusted friend, I researched Makita looking for a power screwdriver. Decided to invest in this set. Got to say Makita was highly recommend, the screwdriver and carrycase looked good on paper. I wasn't disappointed on unpacking the box. What a great screwdriver and accessories. Very functional, easy to use and this style that can be adjusted for pistol grip style or pencil style depending on the preference or job is fantastic. The easy to control switch for rotation speed is very responsive but easy to control. I look forward to using this on a DIY project I have coming up soon. I have every confidence that this will be a star buy.

Brill bit of kit
Nice to use, not the cheapest but well worth it, for arthritic wrists

Great driver, but problem with battery
Really useful tool: had it for two years now and couldn't do with out it.Only problem is one of the batteries died after five recharges. There is a second battery, which has proved more robust, but it means I can't recharge one battery while using the other.

Good stuff
Excellent tool for small/medium tasks. I use this daily, the impact function is very handy on stubborn screws.
