This t-shirt is comfortable. It fits like a normal t-shirt for me, so I'm not certain what might qualify it as a "muscle" shirt. I somewhat expected the arms to fit tightly, but they are exactly what I expected from experiences with other shirts. For my personal preferences, I am happy with the fit.This shirt does not feel thin, but the white version does show flesh tone through the shirt, which makes me inclined to use it as an undershirt. The neck fits nicely, but it is stitched without elastic, so I feel like I need to be careful when taking it off not to over tax the stitching.

this is loose fitting using my normal size. I would probably have ordered a size down in hindsight. The fabric is perfect for working out or daily wear. I found the arm holes to be a bit larger than I'm used to.Overall, great athletic shirt.

These are the measurements for the Large I got:Shoulders: 20-1/2"Chest: 48"Waist: 46"Front Length: 30"Sleeve length: 9"Sleeve opening: 15-1/2"Apart from the length, those are the measurements for the XL on the seller's size chart. If you usually wear Large and want the advantages the extra stretch, to wear this as a muscle shirt, you should probably size down to Medium. Assuming I didn't get a mislabeled shirt.The fabric is nice, drapes well, has a bit of sheen, and is quite stretchy.There's a small size label at the back of the neck, easy to cut off.The red color is redder than shows in the Amazon photo (see attached photo), still darker than usual, looks good.Care instructions: machine wash cold with like colors, no bleach, hang dry, no dry clean. I intend to tumble dry this on low heat and remove before completely dry, but high amount of spandex (25%) does call for caution.Uni Clau is a brand from China.

This fits perfect and is very breathable for working out, yoga, bike riding or anything else.
