My Tesla Model Y has the know well-known issue of deterioration of the faux leather steering wheel cover. According to Tesla it's not a warranty item, and I certainly am not going to pay them $900(!) for a new wheel, so I decided to install a nice cover, both to protect the wheel from further damage and to improve the overall look.This wheel cover is well made and reasonably priced. It takes a little effort to install it (a bit of pulling and stretching), but once it's on it fits perfectly and holds in place well. It's also a fairly thick cover, so it makes the steering wheel grip somewhat bulky. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a different feel. I'm sure I'll get used to it quickly and it will be a non-issue.Overall, a reasonable fix for Tesla's questionable choice of materials for the steering wheel. Recommended.

I am providing an early review for this steering wheel cover because I was fully impressed with the quality of the product. I ordered this Friday night and was delivered the following day. This cover was ordered for our Model Y Tesla. I inherit this vehicle after my husband's passing and I am not yet familiar with all the gadgets they have available for Tesla vehicles but I'm getting there. I wanted to start with a wheel cover because I am often scratching the steering wheel with my nails which leaves marks on the wheel. I installed the cover right away and I loved the smooth classy look. The steering wheel doesn't look or feel bulky. Easy to install. I will be back to update in a few months.

Thankfully after three prior Amazon attempts this is the winner! This is the purest white in color, sleek leather texture and looks luxurious. The other Amazon steering wheel covers all looked dingy and off white. This selection did not disappoint even though it was quite challenging to get it on. Stays in place and doesn’t slide. There is a seam stitch I would recommend aligning with the bottom middle on steering wheel and working out stretching in place from there. Don’t get frustrated during application. Just keep pulling and gripping steering wheel as you work it on from each side and you’ll eventually get it on. I am pleased with the overall look even though I would have preferred an all white option which doesn’t seem to be available with this material anywhere unless completely customized at a more expensive price.

Got this for my 2020 Model 3 and its bubbly steering wheel instead of a new expensive wheel. I must say it fits perfectly and is easy to install. My only complaint is that it is a bit thick so it makes the steering wheel a bit bulkier but it is well made, feels good and should last for a while.Highly recommends, better than leather bubbles.

Material is great and snugs the steering wheel. Absolutely no movement. Very soft and comfortable.

Fits like a glove! I got it because my Tesla Model 3 steering wheel got a tear on it and I don’t want it to get worse. This is cheaper than replacing it! Just make sure the seam goes towards the bottom of the wheel. I originally had mine on top and it was lumpy. When I switched it from top to bottom, it fit smoothly.

This is a bit of a challenge to get on and especially to center it as it's immovable once on. If not centered, must be 80% or more removed, then adjust, place again and hope you got the alignment right. But once you get it on, it looks very good, is comfortable to the hands, seems durable and it's easy to clean. I love how it looks. Obviously will make the steering wheel a little thicker as it's a cover that's not made of air. Lol. But I have average sized hands for a man and it's very comfortable for me. I bought a 2 piece carbon fiber white steering wheel cover before this one that just snapped on. That one also looked good but after 2 weeks, the white started flaking off. And if there was dirt and I wiped it clean, that would also accelerate the removal of the white stuff. So, if you're considering this one or another brand, keep that in mind. This one seems much more durable. There are several listings for that other brand, they all look exactly the same, but are offered by different companies. It's the same thing and be cautious as those don't seem to last. Get this instead.

This was very difficult to get on the steering wheel but once on, it looks and feels really nice. The quality is excellent! Much better than original. It is a little thicker than original and it feels easier to hold onto and my hand never feels like it’s going to slip. * just make sure you line it up correctly before putting it on or it won’t be symmetrical or comfortable. I made that mistake and had to struggle to get it off and on again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
