I normally don't do Amazon reviews if at all, but Dinkhiiro pickleball balls packaging caught my attention. So here I am. The blue indoor and yellow outdoor balls arrived timely. They are in perfect new condition... very sturdy balls. Some differences between indoor versus outdoor balls... indoor balls have 26 holes while outdoor balls have 40. Indoor balls have holes with wider diameters than outdoor balls. Outdoor balls tend to be heavier than indoor balls. Outdoor balls tend to be harder plastic than indoor balls, aiding with more bounce. They came with a black pickleball ball holder bag which I love... just in case I am practicing my serves, I'll need the full dozen to make my practice count LOL.Surprisingly, there was a brown envelope with a personal thank you letter from the sellers. I was in awe by their personal touch and sentiments. The warm and kind words were very heart-felt. You are most welcome Selina & Bryan! It's very admirable that you're donating a portion of your proceeds to a care home for senior people. My last set of pickleballs was a known brand name so I assumed they would be “better”. All 4 cracked in their first use. Ordering these balls was a gamble on an unknown brand, and I’m totally pleased. Lots of games on various outings and no cracks. These are quality balls. They bounce well, spin well, and have held up with no cracks.

I am very disappointed with my purchase of Dinkhero’s indoor, 12 pack of orange colored pickleballs! I took each ball out and checked them for any soft spots. WOW, the entire bag had different degrees of soft spots. See pictures showing the new bag of 12 balls and another picture of me using my thumb which shows a lot of give, a terrible soft spot! I go around each ball and check on each hole to check on the hardness, there should not be any give. Unfortunately all 12 balls had soft spots, very poor quality! I’m returning these. Come on Dinkhero! Please improve your product!

They worked well for about 10 games. So far out of six balls 3 cracked with strictly indoor play. It would be nice if they lasted longer.

I very much appreciate ordering "orange" pickleballs and getting orange. They are every bit of what they were advertised to be. I really appreciate the written letter enclosed from Selina & Bryan, describing their products, and promoting quality and affordable prices. I got exactly what I paid for and I can't tell you how happy I am to have ordered "orange" and to have received orange! I will be ordering more supplies from Dinkhiiro soon. Thank you guys!

The balls are pretty standard. Similar feel and performance as the top brands. What I felt set them apart was the letter that was included with the set. The owners gave a nice letter about themselves and how reviews help their business. I appreciate things like this because I am also a small business owner. It can be hard to compete with the big companies but if you can combine a quality product with sincerity and heart it can make a difference.

Purchased 12 pack of the indoor balls. Half of the balls are 22 grams; below the low end of the official weight of indoor pickleballs. The balls seem to play more slow on hits (probably due to the light weight).Contacted the seller but no response.10/26/2023 updateThe seller did contact me. Email went into the junk folder. Seller then contacted me via Amazon messaging. Seller offer to send out replacement balls. I will keep you posted.10/31/2023Received a new batch of balls from the seller. Thank you. These all weighted between 23-24 grams.Seem good qaulity.3/8/2024most of the balls are cracked. not durability. Get the Onix indoor balls instead. I've played with the Onix for months and no cracks.

These indoor (orange) pickleballs are of very good quality. They are much more affordable than the big brands! They are fairly durable for our intermediate plus/advance play. We managed to break 1 within 2 games, but we were really trying to check durability. We have so far used 3 additional balls (1 disappeared with another player; I guess that means they liked it, 1 broke after approx 9 hours of hard play and the 3rd ball is still in play for our next session).Quality to price cannot be beat in my opinion. These indoor balls are lighter than X-26s and less bouncy than Filas. From our club chatter, they are well-liked and play similarly to Onyx indoor balls.

Very good product for a reasonable price. These balls last long, our group likes them a lot, I ordered 2 packages of them. Delivery was fast too. Thank you.

Product looks good; the mesh bag is convenient; a thank you letter shows kindness

We are new to pickleball and wanted an extra set of racquets for family to join us. The only issue is the racquets smelled like sewage, but 48 hours of airing them out dissipated the smell. The balls and racquets are decent quality and the bag fits the four racquets we have. Worth the price.

These balls are great - was the best price and quality has been wonderful - no issues so far!
