Easy to install and perfect for our cupboard
Used two of these (one for each door) on our bedroom cupboard. Works perfectly and love the quality and size.

Very easy to install
Using an auger drill to sink a hole in the top of the door, and the same in the jamb, these magnets just screw in and are covered by a metal disc. Very neat and work perfectly. Comes with spacers to get the gap and strength of attraction as required.

God damned good idea
Very powerful, decent instructions, and love the silence of the magnets when opening closing the door.

Strong!
The media could not be loaded. I can confirm that these magnets are very strong! I was sceptical after reading the reviews and thought they wouldn't hold our heavy sliding door properly, but they do. They're so strong that we had to place one of them deeper in the frame because some of us struggled to open the door. Buy them!

Works well
Simple to install and so much better than the traditional spring catch.

Quality item, works well.
Used these to secure internal crittal style doors. Positioned above the doors, these are unobtrusive and provide enough strength to prevent the doors from blowing open. Easily installed using a speed bit these are neat and perform really well. You will need to buy some sort of adhesive backed foam strip to prevent the doors from ‘bouncing’.

Invisible Perfection
I had bought a set of polished brass handles, locks, catches and bolts for a pair of dividing glazed doors between the lounge and dining room. They were not used because I could not bring myself to spend half a day drilling and chiseling the doors, floor and ceiling. So I employed a carpenter who suggested using these magnetic catches. Four drilled holes and half an hour later they were fitted and worked perfectly. The catches are not visible so the full beauty of the teak doors is preserved. Brilliant!

Best alternative to a ball catch
I have yet to install this but feel it’s a great alternative to the regular ball catch that requires maintenance. Did a lot of research and this is the only and best alternative I can find that is maintenance free. Just make sure you get the foam pads to prevent the door was bouncing back and forth. The foam pads are small and quite expensive from precision. Also, you’ll need a fortnite bit for installation.

Used for Dutch door
Installed a Dutch door with a long split pull handle. Do to not having a traditional lever or knob with latch so the only way to keep the door closed was to flip the deadbolt. This magnet works fantastic at keeping the door closed without locking. Magnet is strong and really pulls the door shut even from a few inches away.

Very expensive, easy install, didn't work for my application
Being a woodworker trying out some new things, I purchased these in hopes that I wouldn't need to use door stops. I have built two cherry cabinets that are approximately 7ftx4ftx1.5ft - very large cabinets. The doors are both 0.75in and are inset and the cabinet is frameless. I have a stile and rail concept with the doors, where I have 3 large sections of the door that will hold glass panels when I am done with the finishing process (not there as of the creation of this review - thus, the doors are very light, relatively speaking). I was hoping that installing these on the top and bottoms of the door would work but I was wrong. The doors are not very heavy, and these might have worked had I not had special hinges that are also soft close. The hinges are much stronger than the magnets (even with the bumpers/spacers that come with these magnets). The magnets almost work but are too weak for my application. I used a total of 8 of these magnets (so about $80 total). The hinges that I am using pull slightly past flush and so the magnets are just not strong enough to hold the doors without stops. I ended up just using stops with the soft close hinges, though it's not as clean as I'd like. The concept is nice and the product is clean, but I would imagine these would only work for an application like mine if I had basic hinges.

Breware
Description of product is very misleading. It says double pack but what you get is two pieces that needs to work together as one door catch. One magnet goes on the door and one on frame above it.So in other words you just get magnets for one door.

Works great for my push/pull front door
The builder installed a light duty roller latch for our 8 foot fiberglass front door with a large contemporary pull handle. Needless to say, it did not keep the door closed well and a wrong wind or a slight lean against the door would make it open. I had to always keep the deadbolt locked even it I went out to the mailbox in front of our house.I finally found this magnetic catch and it works like a charm! It was very easy to install and the instructions downloaded from their website were very clear. The included shims allows you to adjust the door for however much "catch" you need for your application. Very happy with this product!
