Poor quality - not a Sony replacement
Disappointed with the quality. The remote often malfunctions by getting stuck on a single button input, repeatedly triggering functions like volume or channel changes. The only way to stop it is by removing and reinserting the battery. Very frustrating — I would not buy this product again.

Works fine, except buttons make slight click sound when pushed.
Works fine, but you have to make sure and fully connect the remote in your tv settings before the voice command stuff will work. Clicks when you push buttons, don't like that part.

Easy set up. Just add batteries and hit power button.
