I have to say they do taste good but they really don't do anything to suppress my appetite. Tried the whole bottle and nothing. Really bummed

This tastes OK, I generally really like Pomegranate. It's too soon to tell any keto benefits from it, but as just a supplement it is pretty good for my purposes. I recommend.

These gummies have a slight apple cider vinegar smell and taste. It isn't bad or overwhelming. I've taken these as directed, and after using the whole bottle, I can't say that I've seen any change.

The gummies taste like eating an apple, the flavor is natural and fresh.They're not too sweet, nor tangy. = 4 grams sugar.They're the shape of apples. a clean soft chew = don't stick together nor to teeth.The 1,000 mg is two gummies so this bottle is for one month which is rather pricey.The gummies are said to be Keto. Which that diet is high fat - with adequate protein -but a low carbohydrate diet which forces the body to burn fat instead of carbohydratesI've eaten a LOT of ACV gummies and I've never once thought any of them helpedwith weight loss, but I love them for other health benefits.EG: lower blood pressure / reduce inflammation and improve energy levels.The ingredients include some extra vitamins / power foods.> Vitamin B 6 (Folic acid) - 240 mcg - 100 % DV> Vit B 12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 2 mcg - 83% DV (both synthetic)> Plus 80 mcg each of Pomegranate and beet juice extractVegan = made with pectin

I got these gummies to see if they would help suppress my appetite. The jury is still out on that one, but I will say that they are really tasty, not a strong vinegar taste, but you can tell its in there. The texture is perfect, not hard, not too sticky. They have added B12, pomegranate, and beet juice. I don't feel like there is added flavor from them. One piece of information I was trying to find is where the gummies are made... still haven't figured that out. Price-wise, these are expensive... the dose suggestion is 2 2-3 times a day. There are 60 quantity, so you would go through these quite fast. At this price point, I'm not sure its worth it. Its probably cheaper to drink some liquid ACV diluted in water a few times a day. Overall, flavor is great, value is not so great.

I've tried many ACV gummies and these are good. I appreciate when the gummy itself isn't hard or sticky to the teeth, and I didn't have that problem with these. There appears to be a good dosing here of 1000mg. The flavor is vaguely of apple blended with a more "fruity" flavor, but you can still note the aftertaste of the vinegar. I like being able to taste what I'm ingesting so all in all I give these a pass. No idea on bioavailability or absorption but they seem fine.
