Works fine for me! Great price!
Great for the high treble section in an upright piano where it's hard to fit two rubber wedge mutes. Great price. Looks about the same as the competitors in terms of quality. I have heard that this type of mute can break easily, but I've tuned several pianos with it and so far so good. Before using it, I watched a couple of videos about muting techniques and that was helpful.

Ineffective
This mute is made of hard plastic, and didn't stop any of the strings' vibrations. I'm going to be using a gang mute instead.
