Match each part with its nuts and bolts beforehand and keep them together
Excellent quality, comfortable to use , very quiet when in use. If I had to do it again, before I started to assemble it I would separate each part and its bolts and nuts and keep them separate at all times. The hardest part was breaking the code in the instructions that described which bolts went with what part. Most importantly, my wife loves the bike❤️ and so do I.

Very comfortable and easy to use!
I am really enjoying this recumbent bike! I am on it almost every morning ! I have it set on level two until I feel the need for more resistance. I do forty five minutes. My husband helped me assemble it. I found the monitor wiring confusing. I did buy a cushion for the seat. I just didn’t want to have any excuses for not getting on it. I will be fifty seven in August. I really want to stay active and get in better shape than I am currently.

Relatively good exerciser (so far)
I purchased the Sunny Recumbent Exercise Bike a few months ago so I can't speak of it's longevity, but after my first 1000 miles of use, I have formed a few opinions of this purchase. The unit was delivered quite quickly (about a week, I recall). The package included a large number of individual parts. The instructions are adequate, but given the large number of pieces, it was not that easy to follow the assembly steps (some of the number are probably printed in size 4 font). I'm a rather small, elderly person (5'6", 140 pounds, 77 years old) -- I still managed to assemble the bike entirely by myself, over a period spanning around 6-8 hours (much of the time, struggling with the instructions). Assembly was not easy, but doable. If weight is a measure of robustness, the exerciser should last a long time. One part (out of 100s of individual pieces) was missing. Initially, I assumed the missing part was not entirely necessary (I was very mistaken). A week or so after the bike was received, I emailed the manufacturer asking for the missing part, and received it in short fashion.I've owned several Schwinn Airdynes over the last few decades. The Sunny, costing only half as much, is not in the class of Schwinn Airdynes. As far as I can tell, the Sunny's drive system doesn't have any ball bearings. Only time will tell how quickly the contact surfaces wear out (I did purchase the optional Asurian protection plan (2-year extended warranty)).So far, I've been cautiously satisfied with the Sunny exerciser. I don't expect it to last as long as the Schwinn Airdyne (longer than 10 years and 10s of 1000s of miles of service), but I'm still optimistically hopeful.

Nice bike but very hard to assemble.
This is a great exercised machine. But it comes unassembled. It is really hard to assemble. There are oh so many parts and the directions are difficult to understand. The diagrams for assembly are more confusing than helpful. But it can be put together eventually,

good deal
product as described. Assembly was not to bad, with no issues once it was assembled. Although the console is abit hard to see for senior eyes. and it would be abit nicer if it was easier for console to lock onto one screen, versus cycling through all screens . as most people only care about 1 display , such as distance archived.

ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING
Just got this 3 days ago, but WOW!! My wife is recovering from hip replacement surgery and part of her PT is a recumbent bike. I saw her on it and decided that having one at home would aide in her recovery. I was correct. Plus an added bonus because I set it up in the living room, and you can mindlessly pedal while watching your favorite show. I have been a handy man and now a master cabinet installer and service tech. This assembly was a process. 3 hours. The photos of the parts were small and the card with the parts diagram did not include some of the parts. I got it together and the first time she road it the nylon nuts on the pedals backed out. I took the cover pieces off and reinstalled the parts and as of 5 days later no more issues. This is a super quiet machine. Assembled properly and tightened this machine is AWESOME!! It was intended to help my wife with her recovery, I have ridden it every day since assembled. Easiest, no brainer exercise. Just sit and pedal. Early on but super quiet and with the leveling knobs on the cross stabilizers it was easy to level on on older unlevel wood floor. If you have the room and watch tv, but aren’t very active, THIS IS THE MACHINE FIR YOU!!
