Good quality, easy to grip, satisfactory rebound, will leave feint black marks on a white wall. Kept its shape so far and initial inflation levels . Used a dozen or so times. Will see how it goes.

Cercavo una palla medica che offrisse un buon ritorno elastico e un buon rimbalzo e questa è perfetta.Ottimo per esercizi dove bisogna far rimbalzare la palla al muro o per terra.Utile anche per effettuare esercizi in cui bisogna passarsi la palla senza doversi ogni volta inchinare per raccoglierla. Essendo da 5 kg può essere dura afferrarla al volo, per cui lasciandola rimbalzare smorza il peso di chi riceve il passaggio.
