The seller was a good communicator--prompt and polite--when I contacted them about a problem. I'd buy from them again. They and their product are good.By the way, the item is generally easy to put together, but know this: The bottom piece--part D in ours, so I assume yours as well--is put on with the "D" on the outside of the box. You might think the letter should be hidden on the inside, as all the other pieces will have the identification letter on the inside, but that goes on the _outside_. Once you get it lined up, it might look like the attachments won't reach--that's what we thought on that piece when we wondered "maybe it goes on with the letter on the outside," but push on it and it'll come together. It was probably "just us" but that confused us such that we thought it was a mis-manufactured piece (and that part of the manual didn't say to let the letter be on the outside for this piece), but we were wrong and the items did come together and is as described. :-)While the item itself isn't perfectly air-tight (a tiny bit of air or light could get in around some of the insertion points or the like, I think) it is pretty close--close enough that it is perfect for our outdoor pool stuff to not get dusty or wet and bugs won't get in. It would take quite the wicked wind or rain storm for dust or water to get into it, so we are not worried. Besides, what we are putting in there is meant for outside use so it wouldn't be a big deal in any case. I guess if someone were really worried about it being air-tight for some reason, you could tape or caulk (or FlexSeal) the interior seams and you'd likely be covered. Again, it is "weatherproof" and "air-tight" enough for us (most?) as is.Once it is fully constructed it is sturdy enough for us to sit on if we wished to do so, though we did not get it for that purpose. It looks good and will be easy to hose off when it gets dusty. We generally prefer to shop local, but the ones we could find in stock locally were either way too big (like a 134 gallon) or way too small. This one is a nice in-between size.

It snapped together easily. I’ll set it out on the back patio to use to store my different mixes for potting soil. I will use the top of the unit repot plants there rather than inside the house. It’s nothing fancy, but it looks good and will be easy to keep clean.This storage unit is made of lightweight Polypropylene. It was easy to assemble, and it appears to be durable. I do question the high pricing on most all of these Polypropylene units. Most of the large units appear to be flimsy and extremely overpriced. I chose the small size so that I would be able to move it as needed. I’m 78, and the 31-gallon size works for me. Any of the larger sizes, when filled would be impossible for me to move.

Box was easy to put together, but lock broke before it could be put to good use.I was able to put together the box very easily. The lock gave me the most problems. The directions were very confusing and hard to follow. Once I manually put in my own code, I was unable to get it back open.

Very easy to assemble. I did it alone in about 30-45 minutes and I'm a 55 yr old woman. It's pretty sturdy but I don't think I'd use it as a seat for a larger person or for more than one person at a time. It was larger than I expected, big enough for six large patio chair cushions with room left over. Not sure if the hydraulic hinges are really necessary since the lid is light, but they may help keep it closed on windy days.

A bit smaller than I had hoped for. There is one size of Amazon box and it's just an inch too big to go in but my guy just sets it on top. However I love the big sticker even though UPS doesn't seem to know how to read and never puts anything in it, but the FedEx guy caught on pretty quick. It's overall attractive in my cat likes to sit on it. Was fairly easy to put together though instructions could be a little bit clearer with some actual text instead of just pictures

Just what I needed for package delivery! Very roomy and durable.

Great box, very easy to assemble. I decided to screw to to my porch, to protect it from the wind. I was really surprised at the quality of the documentation, it was well written and very clear. I also attached an entry sensor on the lid to get a silent alarm when the box lid is opened. All in all it is a great value.
