One of the letters was missing
Haven't blown up the balloons yet, but one of the Ys of the banner was missing so couldn't spell birthday...

Mixed bag
The frozen balloons were good. However the number 3 balloon was full of tiny holes I tried to repair it but there were too many holes. Was really disappointed as I was only taking this one to the party, the rest were for home. The blue ribbon kept breaking so was useless.
