Reviewing after receiving a replacement of the first item. While the quality of sound is really awesome,the connectivity is getting interrupted when I started turning away from my phone at 8-10 feet and beyond. Thought it was a problem with the piece I got first, but it's a problem with the model itself. I didn't experience the same with my earlier headsets of other brands.

A neckband with the best sound quality.

Within 3-4 days, one side of the headphones stoped working. Frequently disconnects the Bluetooth. Sound quality is not upto the level of satisfaction comparing the headphones of same price range. Overall I am not recommending to purchase this product.

Excellent sound quality, build quality is also good and battery backup is very nice and the best part is that it's charging speed is super fast also bass is very high and have nice connectivity overall this is the best neckband in this price.

i haven't dropped it. it isn't used roughly. last week the ear piece came apart.today, the charging bit cracked while i was trying to charge it.i don't expect bose quality for 999, but i don't expect something so flimsy eitherit's tech specs aren't bad - but it is flimsy
