That's pretty much it! The tag and bracelet are beautiful, light and well-made. An early reviewer noted that their bracelet had weak links; that flaw has apparently been fixed because the joins on this bracelet appear to be very strong. I can't even see an opening. The engraving on the ID tag is clear, correct, and the whole thing is just as I expected.Customer service is prompt, quick and friendly! I was so focused on getting the engraving details of my order correct that I forgot to check that the bracelet size was correct; of course it was too small when it arrived. I contacted the seller and they had me send back just the bracelet portion but keep the ID tag; they remade the bracelet and sent me the correct size in under 10 days. Even though the error was mine, they still only charged me for the second shipping cost.There are more style options available from their website; someday soon I plan to head over there and pick up a second (maybe third!) bracelet that matches my tag, to give me some variety to choose from.
